HistoryWalkers got their looms out of the cupboard for this year's Panathenaia! The aim - to weave a peplos fit for Athena!

The entries were posted anonymously, and voting was open to all of HistoryWalker. Five gorgeous entries in all gave the voters a difficult decision!

But, a decision was made, and Flora was announced the winner of the 2004 Peplos Weaving Competition!

"Definately fit for a Goddess!" JoFlavius said, congratulating the winner!

"Very Hellenic, I am sure Athene will be proud to wear it," HelenaDavisDidius commented.

All the peploi were very well designed, and next year's competition should be just as fantastic!
